I bought a digital file from you, how do I access it?
When you purchase from the BMT Micro “BUY NOW” button, you will be sent a download link from BMT Micro with instructions on how to download your file. You must use a valid email address to receive your download link.
I can’t find my shopping cart!
If you wish to see what is in your BMT Micro Shopping cart click any “BUY NOW” button and you can manage your items from there.
My download link expired!
Download links are good for 31 days. Please download and remember to back up your files so you have future access to them. I can not always reissue links after 31 days has passed.
Can I resell your digital goods?
No you may not. You may not resell them as downloadable graphics for other people to make goods or graphics or print them out as is and sell them (not cool!) You can use my digital goods to create tangible goods, new media and graphics. Some examples are…

Do I need to credit Art Vault Creative or give any kind of attribution when making a commercial product using your graphics?
You do not need to credit me or give any kind of attribution unless you want to.
What about copyright?
Vintage images are considered “royalty free images” and are in the public domain. I am fastidious about copyright and intellectual property and have researched all my vintage images to make sure you are in the clear about usage. If you have a question about a specific digital asset just ask.
My designs and newer graphics I do hold the copyright on. You are granted a license to use them to create tangible goods and new media and or graphics but may not sell or repackage them as downloadable graphics or assets
Refunds for digital downloads
There are no refunds for downloads. Due to the nature of how downloads are processed, the customer is responsible for ensuring their order is correct before purchasing the media or content as no refunds are possible. If you are having trouble downloading your item please reach out as I want to make sure you get the item you purchased! Please allow me 24 house to get back to you.
Custom and personalized orders
I’m currently accepting limited custom and personalized orders. Reach out to see if I can accommodate your project. Please allow me 48 hours to get back to you with questions then an estimate. There are no returns on custom or personalized orders but you may cancel if no work has begun on your project, usually within 24 hours of committing to the project
